The CIMac QA Analytical Columns are expertly designed for fast and reproducible HPLC monitoring and quantitation of proteins, viruses, pDNA, and other large biomolecules, excelling in protein separation. Utilizing strong anion exchange chemistry, these columns feature a covalently bound quaternary amine (QA) ligand that provides a positive charge for binding anionic biomolecules. This enables efficient capture, intermediate, or polishing steps in either bind-elute or flow-through mode, making them ideal for process analytical technology (PAT).
