CIM® SDVB Monolithic Well Plates

Instruction for use can be found on the manufacturer's website.
SDVB (polystyrene divinylbenzene)
The strongly hydrophobic structure of polystyrene divinylbenzene (SDVB) enables reversed phase purification of nucleic acids and other biomolecules. It is characterised by:
- Strongly hydrophobic surface for RP or ion-pair RP chromatography
- Enables size separation and purification of nucleic acids (DNA, RNA)
- High caustic stability, flow independent performance, ease of scalability
- Available as CIMac analytical column for HPLC analytics
Note: For optimal performance, exposure of SDVB monolith to aqueous media should be minimized, and mobile phases should contain organic modifiers.
Applications:
- Screening of chromatographic conditions (example binding, washing, elution conditions)
- High throughput reversed phase purification of nucleic acids and other biomolecules
